OUR PROGRAM
Overview
Our program runs bi-semesterly from October to June for students K-12. The Village gathers virtually once a month to participate in STEAM-based enrichment classes, experiments, science fairs, field trips and parent support groups. Students learn to apply what they have learned to either solve a social problem or contribute positively to a social space. Each week leading up to our monthly gathering students build or design projects and parents connect via our exclusive online platform. Gatherings are student, parent and community-led unless a teacher has been hired to do a class.
We also offer both in-person (Denver Metro Area only) and virtual field trips. There is opportunity to network with other families in your city and support for facilitating in-person gatherings.
Parent Involvement
Parents are asked to attend co-op with their children each week. Each parent is asked to volunteer at least one hour a month by participating on a Kulan committee.
